Everything happening at REVIVE's grand opening — Saturday, August 15
The doors open Saturday, August 15. From 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., REVIVE is throwing them wide and inviting all of Fort Wayne in — members, future members, and anyone curious about what's been going up at 3233 St. Joe Center Rd.
You do not need a membership to come. You do not need to sign up for anything. Walk in, look around, grab food, and see the place in person before you decide anything. Here is what the day looks like.
When and where
Saturday, August 15, 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., at 3233 St. Joe Center Rd in Fort Wayne. Parking is on site. The whole building will be open — the training floor and the recovery suite both — and the team will be around to walk you through any of it.
It is free and open to the public. Bring a friend, bring your kids, bring the person who keeps saying they want to get back into training. This is the easy first step.
What's happening on the day
We wanted opening day to feel like the neighborhood it sits in, so we asked some of our favorite local businesses to set up alongside us:
- Live music from Jtubbs running through the event
- Free haircuts courtesy of Laced
- Food from Moe's Southwest Grill
- A $100 gift card giveaway from Hep Cap
- 15% off at Flawless & Hep Cap Boutique with code REVIVE15 — in store and online, August 15–31
- Guest appearances and collaborations with King's Nutrition, Bronzed by Lex, Exquisite Energy, and Complete Health
- Facility tours of the full training floor and recovery suite
No schedule to keep up with. Come whenever it works between 10 and 2, stay as long as you like.
What you'll actually get to see
The reason we built REVIVE was simple: Fort Wayne had plenty of gyms, but it did not have a place that took recovery as seriously as training. Opening day is your chance to see both halves of that in person.
On the training floor, that means Olympic platforms, competition racks, and equipment from Pendulum, Hammer Strength, and Eleiko — plus a performance turf strip for sled work and conditioning. It is a floor built by people who actually train, not a showroom.
The recovery suite is the part most people have never had access to locally. Three cold plunge units, a cedar dry sauna, an infrared sauna, medical-grade red light therapy, and Normatec compression, with a private suite you can book on your own. Come see what a real recovery setup looks like instead of a foam roller in the corner.
One honest note: opening day is a party, not a workout. The floor and recovery suite will be open to walk through and ask questions about, but this is a look-around-and-meet-people day. The training starts after you join.
If you decide to join that day
There is no pressure to sign up at the event. But if you already know you want in, opening day is the best time to do it: enrollment fees are waived for anyone who signs up on-site on August 15.
It is also the last day for founders pricing. Saturday, August 15 is when the founding rate closes and standard pricing begins, so the people who join on or before that day lock in the lowest rate REVIVE will ever offer, for as long as they stay members. If that matters to you, opening day is the deadline, not just the celebration.

If you are weighing whether to join on the 15th, it is worth understanding exactly what founders pricing locks in — and why it closes for good when the doors open.
